I usually order from prozis when they’re running discounts, which happens often. Not every promo code works on everything, and that can be a little frustrating when you’re checking out, but overall the prices are still really decent. It’s made it easier for me to try new products without feeling like I’m spending too much. At the end of the day, I’m happy when I can stock up and discover something new for a good price.

I’ve ordered from prozis a few times now, it’s just nice not having to deal with that annoying “out of stock” disappointment all the time. When I’m in the mood to restock my usual stuff, I can usually find it there without much hassle, which already puts me in a good mood.
Checkout was simple, my order arrived fine, and everything went smoothly. Nothing dramatic, just a solid experience that left me happy. 5 stars from me.

I’ve ordered from prozis.com a few times now, and overall the deliveries have been reliable. My packages have always arrived in good condition, and the tracking worked fine. The last order did take about 2 days longer than expected, which was a little annoying, and I do think the delivery info or instructions could be clearer so you know what to expect. Still, nothing was damaged and everything got here in the end, so I’d say it was a decent experience overall.

The return itself went through without any real trouble, so I want to be fair about that part. The only downside was that the refund took a bit longer than I expected. Everything did get resolved in the end, but a faster refund process would have made the experience better.

I’ve ordered from Prozis a few times the prices are decent for what you get, especially when there are discounts going on. I don’t really buy into all the polished wording and big claims companies use, so I mostly judge by the actual products. I tried a few Prozis flavors i really wasn’t into them. They were Way too sweet for me, had this weird aftertaste, and tasted kind of artificial. I wanted to like them, but I couldn’t even finish most of it. Maybe other people are into it, but for me the flavor was a Big no.

Which is great, but also a bit overwhelming because there’s just so much to scroll through. I kept jumping between products trying to compare them and some things were out of stock, which got a little annoying. Prices are fine, not amazing every time, but not terrible either. Overall I’d say it’s decent and there’s plenty to choose from, I just wish the site felt a bit cleaner and easier to browse.

The website was simple to get around, and checking out didn’t take long at all. A couple of pages were a little slow to load, but like I said, it was easy to use overall. Like I said, the checkout was quick, so I’d say it was a good experience.

Most of my order was fine, but one item was wrong?? Not a huge deal, but still kind of annoying when you're expecting everything to be correct.

My payment did go through, so that part was fine, but the checkout process felt kind of slow near the end. I wasn’t totally sure if everything had submitted or if I needed to do something else, which was a bit confusing.

Support got back to me really fast, they helped me sort the problem without any hassle.

The order showed up packed well overall. The box did have a small dent on one side, which made me a little unsure at first, but everything inside was totally fine. Nothing leaked, cracked, or broke, so I’d still call it a good delivery experience...
